The OPA627AM is a kind of Difet operational amplifier which provides a new level of performance in a precision FET op amp. It has lower noise, lower offset voltage, and much higher speed. It is useful in a broad range of precision and high speed analog circuitry. The OPA627AM is fabricated on a high-speed, dielectrically-isolated complementary NPN/PNP process. The OPA627AM operates over a wide range of power supply voltage. The applications of the OPA627SM are: (1)precision instrumentation; (2)fast data acquisition; (3)dac output amplifier; (4)optoelectronics; (5)sonar, ultrasound; (6)high-impedance sensor amps; (7)high-performance audio circuitry; (8)active filters.
